VISTA directors give summer trail building a boost
Two Spine Trail Volunteer Board members stepped up to ensure that VISTA has the financial resources to improve 32 kilometers of trail from Tuck Lake to Port Alberni via Francis Lake this summer.
Directors Gil Parker (VISTA founder) and Peter Berang have each donated $5,000 to put towards this work.
Planned work includes completing the construction of the Tuck Lake Trail section begun last year. Volunteer crews will also install trail markers and trail signs.
