The Pacific Crest Trail is the “kindred spirit” of the proposed Vancouver Island Spine Trail, running from the Mexican border near San Diego to Manning Park east of Vancouver.

Our VISTA Director Gil Parker has hiked most of the 2,650 mile long trail over the years.
